Order Processing
Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate tracking email once it ships.
Made-to-Order Products
Some of our products are made to order. These items are produced specifically for you after your purchase, which means they are not kept in stock and can have a delay before they ship.
Made-to-order products typically require 5–7 business days for production, plus an additional 5–7 business days for shipping once the item is complete. Please allow up to 10–14 business days total for these items to arrive.
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, items may ship separately so the in-stock products are not held up.
Shipping Times
Standard domestic shipping generally takes 5–7 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on the carrier and destination.
Tracking information is provided for every order so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and weight of your order.
Enjoy free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $499.
Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, made-to-order production schedules, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and our team will help track it down.
