Return / Exchange Policy

All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee calculated from the original order price. This fee reflects the made-to-order and specialty nature of our performance products.

In other words, returned items are refunded at 50% of what you paid for them, with the remaining 50% retained as a restocking fee.

As an alternative to a return, you may exchange your item for another product of the same value. Exchanges of equal value are not subject to the 50% restocking fee.

If the item you want to exchange for is priced higher, you will be responsible for the difference. Exchanges for a lower-priced item will follow the standard return terms for the difference.

To begin a return or exchange, email us at spooled.performance.com with your order number and the item(s) involved.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Made-to-order and custom items are produced specifically for you. Where these items are eligible for return, the 50% restocking fee applies, or you may choose an equal-value exchange.

Certain installed, used, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return. We will let you know if an item falls into this category when you reach out.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, less the 50% restocking fee where applicable.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
